Abstract

The invention relates to agriculture, in particular to the methods for selecting the genotypes of tomatoes resistant to high temperatures. The proposed method includes cultivation of plants at optimum temperature, castration of yellow-green buds, artificial pollination over 3 days after castration, plant cultivation over 6 ... 7 days after artificial pollination at 27 ° C at night and 38 ° C by 10 days , transfer of plants under optimal temperature conditions. Over 25 days after artificial pollination, immature fruit collection, sterilization, fruit isolation of embryos, placement on Murashige, Skoog nutritional medium and determination of germinal embryo percentage are performed.
