Abstract

Invenţia se referă la agricultură, în particular la metodele de selectare a genotipurilor de tomate rezistente la temperaturi înalte.Metoda propusă include cultivarea plantelor la temperatura optimă, castrarea butoanelor de culoare galben-verzuie, polenizarea artificială peste 3 zile după castrare şi cultivarea plantelor peste 6…7 zile după polenizarea artificială la temperatura de 27°C noaptea şi 38°C ziua timp de 10 zile, transferarea plantelor în condiţii de temperatură optimă. Peste 25 zile după polenizarea artificială se efectuează colectarea fructelor imature, sterilizarea lor, izolarea din fructe a embrionilor, amplasarea lor pe mediu nutritiv Murashige, Skoog şi determinarea procentului de embrioni germinaţi.
