Abstract
Inventia se refera la agricultura, in particular la metodele de selectare a genotipurilor de tomate rezistente la salinizare. Metoda, conform inventiei, include colectarea florilor complet deschise de fiecare genotip, separarea polenului din antere, cultivarea la temperatura de 27°?timp de 3 ore, a unei parti de polen martor pe un mediu nutritiv, continand, in g/L:zaharoza 145...155 acid boric 0,5?0,7 apa distilata restul,si a altei parti de polen de proba pe un mediu nutritiv, continand, in g/L:zaharoza 145...155 acid boric 0,5...0,7clorura de natriu 0,245...0,255apa distilata restul,determinarea viabilitatii polenului la martor si la proba prin raportul dintre numarul de grauncioare de polen germinate si numarul total de grauncioare analizate, exprimate in procente; determinarea lungimii tuburilor polinice cu ajutorul ocular-micrometrului; calcularea indicilor de rezistenta a polenuluiprin raportul viabilitatii polenului la proba catre martor, exprimati in procente; si a indicilor de rezistenta a tuburilor polinice prin raportul lungimii tuburilor polinice la proba catre martor, exprimati in procente; si calcularea indicilor de rezistenta medie integrala a genotipurilor la salinizare, exprimati prin semisuma indicilor de rezistenta a polenului si a tuburilor polinice, totodata se selecteaza genotipurile, la care indicii de rezistenta la salinizare sunt mai mari.
