Abstract
Inventia se refera la agricultura, in particular la metode de selectare a genotipurilor de tomate rezistente la seceta. Metoda, conform inventiei, include colectarea florilor complet deschise de fiecare genotip, separarea polenului din antere, divizarea polenului in doua parti, mentinerea timp de 6 ore: a unei parti de polen martor la temperatura de 27°? a altei parti de polen de proba la temperatura de 45°? cultivarea separata a polenului martor si de proba pe un mediu nutritiv, care modeleaza conditiile de seceta, determinarea viabilitatii polenului la martor si la proba prin raportul dintre numarul de grauncioare de polen germinate si numarul total de grauncioare analizate, exprimate in procente, calcularea indicilor de rezistenta a polenului la seceta prin raportul viabilitatii polenului la proba catre martor, exprimati in procente, fiind selectate genotipurile, care au indicii de rezistenta la seceta mai mari.
