Abstract

Invenţia se referă la agricultură, în particular la metode de selectare a genotipurilor de tomate rezistente la secetă.Metoda, conform invenţiei, include colectarea florilor complet deschise de fiecare genotip, separarea polenului din antere, divizarea polenului în două părţi, menţinerea timp de 6 ore: a unei părţi de polen martor la temperatura de 27°C, a altei părţi de polen de probă la temperatura de 45°C, cultivarea separată a polenului martor şi de probă pe un mediu nutritiv, care modelează condiţiile de secetă, determinarea viabilităţii polenului la martor şi la probă prin raportul dintre numărul de grăuncioare de polen germinate şi numărul total de grăuncioare analizate, exprimate în procente, calcularea indicilor de rezistenţă a polenului la secetă prin raportul viabilităţii polenului la probă către martor, exprimaţi în procente, fiind selectate genotipurile, care au indicii de rezistenţă la secetă mai mari.
