Abstract

Invenţia se referă la agricultură, în particular la fitotehnie, şi poate fi folosită pentru determinarea rezistenţei plantelor la secetă în perioada de vegetaţie.Metoda propusă include determinarea modificării rezistenţei electrice a ţesuturilor plantelor până la şi dupăofilire. Noutatea invenţiei constă în aceea căpână la şi dupăofilire se efectuează saturaţia deplină a frunzelor cu apă până la starea fiziologică optimă, iar rezistenţa plantelor la secetă se determină după modificarea rezistenţei electrice a ţesuturilor frunzelor după ofilirea şi rehidratarea lor.Rezultatul constă în ridicarea preciziei metodei prin estimarea capacităţii plantelor de restabilire a funcţiilor fiziologice după încetarea acţiunii factorului de stres.
