Abstract

Invenţia se referă la agricultură şi poate fi utilizată în fitotehnie pentru diagnosticarea rezistenţei liniilor şi hibrizilor de porumb la secetă.Esenţa invenţiei constă în germinarea seminţelor în soluţie apoasă de zaharoză şi aprecierea rezistenţei lor la secetă prin determinarea energiei totale eliberate în procesul de respiraţie a seminţelor, mai rezistente fiind apreciate acele plante la care diferenţa între energia totală eliberată de seminţele germinate în condiţiile optime şi în condiţii de secetă fiziologică este mai mică.Rezultatul tehnic al invenţiei este stabilirea tipului de metabolism al seminţelor.
