Abstract

Invenţia se referă la agricultură şi poate fi utilizată în fitotehnie pentru aprecierea rezistenţei liniilor şi hibrizilor de porumb la secetă.Invenţia include germinarea seminţelor de porumb în condiţii optime şi în condiţii ce modelează seceta fiziologică, determinarea energiei disipate eliberate în procesul respiraţiei seminţelor şi compararea valorilor acesteia. Mai rezistente la secetă se consideră plantele, la care diferenţa dintre valorile energiei disipate în condiţii optime şi în condiţii ce modelează seceta fiziologică este mai mică.Rezultatul invenţiei constă în majorarea preciziei metodei de apreciere a rezistenţei porumbului la secetă.
