Abstract

"MéTODO DE SEMEADURA, GERMINAçãO, CRESCIMENTO E CONVERSãO EX VITRO DE GERMINANTES OU EMBRIõES SOMáTICOS DE PLANTA, E MEIO NUTRIENTE USADO PARA O MESMO". Processo de semeadura de um embrião ou germinante de planta somática de uma espécie conífera para facilitar subseqüente desenvolvimento do embrião ou germinante em uma plântula autotrófica. O processo envolve as seguintes etapas realizadas ex vitro em condições não-estéreis: provimento de um meio nutriente compreendendo partículas de um componente sólido presentes dentro de um componente escoável ou semisólido contendo água e um nutriente carboidrato para o embrião ou germinante, dispensação de uma quantidade do meio nutriente sobre uma superfície de um substrato de crescimento sólido poroso para o embrião ou germinante de planta somática, e contato de embrião ou germinante de planta com o meio nutriente. O meio nutriente tem uma fluidez de modo que pelo menos algum do componente escoável ou semi - sólido contendo o nutriente carboidrato permanece em contato com o embrião ou germinante pelo menos até o embrião ou germinante estabelecer vigoroso crescimento sob condições ambientais efetivas para tal crescimento. As partículas do componente sólido são adaptadas para permanecerem em contato com o embrião ou germinante após o material escoável ou semi - sólido dissipar, pelo que provendo contínuo suporte físico para o embrião ou germinante após a dissipação. A invenção também refere-se a plântulas produzidas desta maneira e à solução nutriente.
