Abstract

<B>"TRANSFORMAçãO DE CONìFERA MEDIADA POR PARTìCULA"<D>. A presente invenção se refere a um método para construir geneticamente plantas coníferas. Em particular, a presente invenção se refere a um método de transferência de gene mediado por partícula, para produzir e desenvolver embriões somáticos transgênicos para plantas do gênero Pinus e de híbridos entre as espécies de Pinus. O presente método é bastante adequado para produção de estoque de plantio transgênico clonal, de utilidade para reflorestamento.
