Abstract

Invenţia se referă la purificarea oxidativă de hidrogen sulfurat şi mercaptani uşori a compoziţiilor de hidrocarburi în prezenţa catalizatorului şi poate fi utilizată în industria de petrol şi gaze, de procesare a petrolului, petrochimică şi în alte domenii ale industriei.Se propune aplicarea componentelor grele întunecate ale petrolului în calitate de catalizator la purificarea oxidativă de hidrogen sulfurat şi mercaptani uşori a compoziţiilor de hidrocarburi. Componentele aplicate reprezintă reziduul, având un conţinut de cupru şi/sau vanadiu de cel puţin 0,005% mas., obţinut în urma distilării din petrol a fracţiilor cu o temperatură de fierbere de până la 350°C.Procedeul de purificare de hidrogen sulfurat şi mercaptani uşori a compoziţiilor de hidrocarburi prevede oxidarea compuşilor de sulf cu oxigenul din aer sau cu gaz cu conţinut de oxigen la temperaturi de la 55°C până la 135°C în prezenţa catalizatorului menţionat.
