Abstract
Inventia se refera la electrochimie, in particular la un procedeu chimico-catalitic de obtinere a acoperirilor nichel-reniu pe materiale metalice si nemetalice. Procedeul, conform inventiei, include activarea apei intr-un camp electromagnetic cu o frecventa variabila intr-un interval de 220(.430 Hz si o densitate a curentului de 2(4 mA/dm3 de apa prelucrata, dizolvarea consecutiva in apa activata a sulfatului de nichel, optional a perrenatului de potasiu, pirofosfatului de potasiu, dimetilaminoboranului si a 6-hidroxi-2-mercaptobenzotiazolului luate in urmatoarea concentratie, mol/l de apa:sulfat de nichel 0,1…0,12perrenat de potasiu 0…0,018pirofosfat de potasiu 0,15…0,30dimetilaminoboran 0,05…0,066-hidroxi-2-mercaptobenzotiazol 0,0001…0,0002,si depunerea acoperirii metalice la o temperatura de 75(78°C, un pH = 9,5(10 si un raport al volumului solutiei de lucru la aria suprafetei pentru acoperire de 5:1 dm3/dm2.
