Abstract

Invenţia se referă la tehnologia de aplicare electrochimică a acoperirilor funcţionale şi poate fi utilizată în industria radioelectronică.Esenţa invenţiei constă în aceea că procedeul include depunerea electrochimică a acoperirii din electrolit ce conţine clorură de nichel, clorură de staniu, pirofosfat de kaliuşi prelucrarea termică ulterioară,totodată electrolitul conţine suplimentar tartrat de amoniu, dimetilaminoboran şi nitrat de taliu, în următorul raport al componentelor, în g/l:depunerea se efectuează la pH=8,5…10,5, temperatura de 50…70°C şi densitatea catodică a curentului de 0,5…2,0 A/dm2, iar prelucrarea termică ulterioară a acoperirii la 120…150°C timp de 0,5…1 ore.Rezultatul invenţiei constă în majorarea stabilităţii electrolitului, îmbunătăţirea aspectului acoperirilor şi asigurarea unui grad înalt de lipire a elementelor aparatelor radioelectronice cu aliaje uşor fuzibile.
