Abstract
Inventia se refera la electronica, si anume la dispozitivele pentru masurarea campurilor magnetice. Procedeul de obtinere a aliajului cu magnetorezistenta marita pentru confectionarea microfirelor consta in aceea ca se ia un material semimetalic sau semiconductor in stare solida cu conductibilitate inalta, la care se adauga un material feromagnetic in stare solida, de exemplu Fe, in cantitate de 16…22% at., se incalzesc pana la temperatura de topire a ambelor componente si se mentin 24 de ore pana la obtinerea unui aliaj. Dupa aceasta aliajul obtinut se raceste la temperatura camerei.
