Abstract

Invenţia se referă la electronică, în particular la tehnologia confecţionării materialelor pentru electronică şi construcţia de aparate, şi anume la nanostructurile compozite sistematizate.Procedeul de confecţionare a unei nanostructuri filiforme include formarea unui semifabricat executat ca un toron de microfire conductoare de curent strâns împachetate, de exemplu, din metal, semimetal, semiconductor sau supraconductor, fiecare microfir fiind în izolaţie dielectrică, de exemplu, de sticlă, care este amplasat într-un tub de sticlă totodată diametrul toronului este de 1…25 mm, încălzirea semifabricatului până la temperatura de înmuiere şi topire a componentelor lui, întinderea semifabricatului până la obţinerea nanostructurii filiforme şi răcirea ulterioară a acesteia. Formarea semifabricatului se efectuează prin confecţionarea prealabilă a unui semifabricat iniţial de formă alungită, compus din tuburi microcapilare cave de sticlă, plasate reciproc paralel, amplasat în tubul de sticlă. Apoi tuburile capilare se umplu cu material formator de microfire conductoare de curent, scufundând semifabricatul iniţial din partea capetelor deschise ale tuburilor microcapilare în topitura materialului formator de microfire conductoare de curent şi creând diferenţa pozitivă de presiune între suprafaţa liberă a topiturii menţionate şi cavităţile tuburilor microcapilare.
