Abstract

Invenţia se referă la construcţia de maşini electrice, în particular la tehnologiile de fabricare a motoarelor electrice submersibile.Esenţa invenţiei constă în aceea că în calitate de material izolant se utilizează un amestec constituit din parafină şi stearină în proporţie de 1:1. Amestecul se încălzeşte până la stare de pastă, se toarnă sub presiune în cavitatea înfăşurării statorului, care este limitată de suprafaţa interioară a corpului, bucşa de protecţie şi scuturile portlagăr, într-un volum ce depăşeşte volumul cavităţii de umplere de 1,5-2 ori, totodată surplusul amestecului se strangulează prin orificiul de evacuare.Rezultatul constă în ameliorarea calităţii izolaţiei statorului maşinii electrice, precum şi în garantarea utilităţii pentru reparare a statorului.
