Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent an insulation performance and a mechanical strength from being worsened, by such method that, at both ends of winding connection part be provided an insulating material, swelled by an impregnated resin, with said material packed by a thermoshrinking insulating tube, and the obtained air space be impregnated a solventless resin to process a thermohardening.
CONSTITUTION: At both ends of the connecting lead 4a, 4b side of a winding 1, is inserted an insulating material 5, 6 having a trend of swelling and volume increase for an impregnated resin 7. And a packing is processed by a thermo-shrinking insulating tube 8, and to the produced air space is filled the solventless resin 7 with a property of impregnation and softness. With the winding connection part 4a, 4b heated after a completion of insulation treatment in such manner, no out- flowing is caused by a sealing even for the viscosity of resin being lowered, and the thermo-shrinking tube 8 shrinks as a heat is applied further heightening a sealing effect between with the insulating material 7, with an out-flow prevention function effectively maintained during a time for the impregnated resin 7 reaching its hardening. In such constitution, an improvement of insulation function of the winding 1 and a mechanical strength can be ensured.
