レベルに抑えることができる。 As conventionally known insulation methods for rotating electrical machine windings, there are two types: prepreg method and impregnation method. Among the impregnation methods, the full impregnation method in particular has the advantage of having fewer voids because after the winding is assembled into the iron core, thermosetting resin is impregnated under vacuum pressure and cured by heating to complete the insulating layer. At the same time, since there are no weak points in the winding connection parts, it has excellent environmental resistance including moisture and dust, and the vibration of the winding can be suppressed to an extremely low level due to the effect of the resin filled in the slot gap. I can do it.

This is a major drawback, especially in large-capacity rotating machines, and the investment in manufacturing equipment for large impregnation tanks is enormous.

も良いが、巻線を通電加熱する方法もある。 The drawing shows an example of the resin impregnation treatment method according to the present invention. After the winding 1 wound with dry mica tape is assembled into the iron core 2, necessary electrical connections and insulation of that part are made. The stator including the winding 1 and the iron core 2 is assembled in a highly airtight casing frame 3, and the openings at both longitudinal ends of the casing frame are sealed with blind lids 4 and sealing material 5 to keep the casing frame 3 airtight. Gender is preserved. During the entire impregnation process, the vacuum port 6 is evacuated to reduce the pressure inside the machine, and then the impregnating resin 8 is fed through the resin injection port 7. Once all the insulating windings are covered with resin, stop the resin injection and break the vacuum inside the machine. Resin impregnation is promoted by increasing the pressure inside the machine, but in order to reduce the weight of the casing frame, there is also a method of leaving it at atmospheric pressure. After the impregnation is completed, excess resin is sent back to the resin storage tank from the resin discharge port 9. The impregnated resin may be cured by heating by removing the blind lid 4 and placing the casing frame 3 in a drying oven, but there is also a method of heating the windings by energizing them.
