Abstract

Invenţia se referă la energetică, şi anume la dispozitive cu transferul direct al energiei termice în electrică.Procedeul de majorare a coeficientului forţei termoelectromotoare a termoelementului constă în aceea că se acţionează cu un câmp electrostatic transversal asupra unui termoelement cu gradient de temperatură longitudinal. Noutatea invenţiei constă în aceea că termoelementul conţine un microfir semiconductor cilindric, amplasat în izolaţie de sticlă, totodată polaritatea plus sau minus a câmpului electrostatic se aplică la microfirul semiconductor de tip n sau p corespunzător, iar polaritatea câmpului electrostatic, respectiv, minus sau plus - la un electrod metalic, depus coaxial pe izolaţia de sticlă a microfirului.
