Abstract
Invenţia se referă la tehnica electronică şi poate fi utilizată pentru confecţionarea termoelectrozilor pentru traductoare termoelectrice.Termoelectrodul este executat din material semiconductor anizotrop în formă de fir în izolaţie de sticlă. Totodată firul este confecţionat din bismut dopat cu staniu în proporţie de 0,01…0,08% at.
