Abstract

Organoarcillas son adicionadas a composiciones semiconductoras para proporcionar una reducción en las pérdidas dieléctricas de compuestos en capas, en las cuales la capa semiconductora contiene especies que podrían migrar hacia el aislamiento y resultar en pérdidas dieléctricas indeseablemente altas.
