Abstract
Invenţia se referă la tehnica electronică şi poate fi utilizată pentru confecţionarea termoelectrozilor pentru traductoare termoelectrice.Termoelectrodul este executat din material semiconductor anizotrop în formă de fir în izolaţie de sticlă. Totodată firul este confecţionat din compusul bismut-stibiu dopat cu staniu în următorul raport: staniu 0,01…0,03% at., stibiu 10…15% at., bismut restul.
