Abstract
The invention relates to the electronic engineering and can be used for manufacture of thermoelectrodes for thermoelectric converters.The thermoelectrode is made of semiconductor anisotropic material in the form of glass insulated wire. At the same time, the wire is made of bismuth-stibium doped with stannum in the following ratio: stannum - 0.01…0.03 at.%, stibium - 10…15 at.%, bismuth - the rest.
