Abstract

Использование: в способах осветления жидкости, в частности сока-сырца из овощей, ягод, винограда и т.п. путем ультра- или микрофильтрации. В течение времени разгона осуществляется быстрое повышение доли содержания твердого вещества в контуре (2,3,4) циркуляции удерживаемой субстанции ультра- или микрофильтрационной установки (1). С повышением доли содержания твердого вещества фильтрационная мощность сначала значительно уменьшается, а затем вновь увеличивается до величины, которая лежит выше исходной величины. При достижении максимально возможной величины фильтрационной мощности доля содержания твердого вещества и, следовательно, фильтрационная мощность поддерживаются на постоянной величине посредством регулирования количества отводимой удерживаемой субстанции или количества подводимого свежего сока. За счет этого может быть существенно улучшена фильтрационная мощность.
