During the distillation time it is carried out the quick rise of the solid substance content part into the retaining substance circulation contour (2, 3, 4) of the ultra - or microfiltration device (1).With the solid substance conteent part increasing the filtration power at the leguining decreases them again increases to a value which lies beyond the initial value. At the attainment of the filtration power maximum possible value, the solid substance content part and, therefore, filtration power are sustained at a constant value by regulating the quantity of the withdrawn retaining substance or the brought fresh juice quantity. At the expense of this may be substantially improved the filtration power.
