Abstract

Invenţia se referă la procedeul şi dispozitivul pentru stabilizarea configuraţiei produselor din aluat atât lungi, cât şi scurte. La produsul încă cald, la sfârşitul uscării sau al zonei climaterice, în elementul pentru adăugarea apei 27, se adaugă o cantitate mică de apă, de exemplu, 0,4-1,2%, superficial, apoi produsul se răceşte în răcitorul 29.În fine produsele din aluat se menţin în stare suspendată, pentru stabilizare, deoarece aceasta este necesar pentru procesul final al ambalării.
