Abstract

Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de obţinere a unui pigment verde, opac, foto- şi termorezistent, care poate fi utilizat la fabricarea pieselor de mozaic artistic sau a vopselelor apoase folosite în pictură sau la protecţia suprafeţelor.Procedeul de obţinere a pigmentului verde, opac, foto- şi termorezistent include prepararea unei soluţii din amestecul de săruri de Zn(II), Co(II), Cr(III) şi Ni(II), luate într-un raport molar de 92:2:5:1, coprecipitarea lor, la agitare, la un pH de 8,0…8,5, cu o soluţie de NH4OH de 10N, stabilizarea sistemului timp de 15…20 min, la temperatura de 60…80°C, cu adăugarea ulterioară a unei soluţii acidulate de SbCl3 şi BiCl3, într-un raport molar Zn(II):Sb(III):Bi(III) de 96:3:1. Totodată, precipitatul se filtrează, se usucă la temperatura de 150…160°C, timp de 4 ore, se calcinează la temperatura de 980…1020°C, timp de 0,5 ore şi se macină până la dimensiunile particulelor de 0,01…0,05 mm.
