Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a unui pigment verde, opac, foto- si termorezistent, care poate fi utilizat la fabricarea pieselor de mozaic artistic sau a vopselelor apoase folosite inpictura sau la protectia suprafetelor. Procedeul de obtinere a pigmentului verde, opac, foto- si termorezistent include prepararea unei solutii din amestecul de saruri de Zn(II), Co(II), Cr(III) si Ni(II), luate intr-un raport molar de 92:2:5:1, coprecipitarea lor, la agitare, la un pH de 8,0…8,5,cu o solutie de NH4OH de 10N, stabilizarea sistemului timp de 15…20 min, la temperatura de 60…80°C,cu adaugarea ulterioara a unei solutii acidulate de SbCl3 si BiCl3, intr-un raport molar Zn(II):Sb(III):Bi(III) de 96:3:1. Totodata, precipitatul se filtreaza, se usuca la temperatura de 150…160°C, timp de 4 ore, se calcineaza la temperatura de 980…1020°C, timp de 0,5 ore si se macina pana la dimensiunile particulelor de 0,01…0,05 mm.
