Abstract
Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de obţinere a hialuronatului de sodiu, acidului hialuronic şi complexului acid hialuronic-proteină, care pot fi utilizate în industria alimentară, farmaceutică şi cosmetică.Esenţa invenţiei constă în aceea că procedeul include spălarea crestelor de cocoşi, găini cu apă la temperatura de 10...15°C timp de 5...6 ore, mărunţirea şi deshidratarea lor în acetonă sau etanol de 96%, care conţine 1% CHCl3, în raport de 1:3, după care se lasă pentru 6...24 ore la temperatura de 0...4°c, apoi solventul se separă şi se efectuează deshidratarea suplimentară şi degresarea cu acetonă la fierbere timp de 2 ore, sedimentul obţinut se usucă şi se supune extragerii cu soluţie apoasă de 1M NaCl în două stadii: I stadiu la rece la 4...10°C şi al II-lea stadiu la încălzire până la 50...60°C, totodată la I stadiu se efectuează extragerea în raport de 1:20 de trei ori, se separă reziduul de extract, după care se efectuează sedimentarea acidului hialuronic din extract cu etanol de 96% în raport de 1:3, sedimentul se redizolvă şi se elimină proteinele din el la încălzire şi răcire la pH 5,0...5,5, se adaugă CHCl3 în raport de 1:1, se separă faza apoasă, se tratează cu etanol de 96% în raport de 1:3, se separă sedimentul format de hialuronat de sodiu cu un conţinut de proteină de cel mult 1%, iar acidul hialuronic se obţine la acidularea cu HCl a soluţiei apoase de hialuronat de sodiu; la al II-lea stadiu reziduul obţinut la I stadiu se extrage în raport de 1:3, apoi se sedimentează cu acetonă obţinând un complex acid hialuronic-proteină cu un conţinut de proteină de 65%.
