Abstract
Invenţia se referă la procedeul de obţinere a acidului hialuronic biocompatibil de uz medical.Esenţa invenţiei constă în obţinerea acidului hialuronic din cordoanele ombilicale umane şi înlăturarea impurităţilor neproteice din ele până la etapa de extragere a acidului hialuronic. Preliminar se efectuează înlăturarea impurităţilor neproteice din cordoanele ombilicale întregi prin dializă în etanol 96% la temperatura de -15...-20°C şi apoi în ser fiziologic la +4°C, câte 24 ore fiecare etapă, după care dializa se repetă în aceleaşi condiţii utilizând cordoane ombilicale mărunţite de 2...4 mm până la obţinerea unor soluţii transparente.Rezultatul constă în ameliorarea calităţii produsului final, simplificarea procedeului de obţinere a acidului hialuronic biocompatibil de uz extern şi parenteral.
