Abstract

Invenţia se referă la tehnica cu semiconductori, în particular la procedeele de obţinere a nanostructurilor.Procedeul de obţinere a nanotuburilor metalice constă în depunerea electrochimică a metalelor în porii semiconductorului poros. Noutatea invenţiei constă în aceea că depunerea electrochimică se înfăptuieşte în condiţiile aplicării tensiunii de impuls. Depunerea electrochimică poate fi efectuată timp de 5 …30 min, la aplicarea impulsurilor de tensiune cu amplitudinea de 1,5 … 7,0 V, perioada de cel puţin 2 s şi durata până la 0,5 s.
