Abstract

Invenţia se referă la tehnologia semiconductoarelor, în special la procedeele de obţinere a nanocompozitelor.Procedeul de obţinere a nanocompozitului include sensibilizarea şi activarea catalitică a suprafeţei unei structuri poroase obţinute în prealabil şi umplerea ulterioară a porilor cu metal. Sensibilizarea şi activarea catalitică se efectuează în câmp ultrasonor. Structura poroasă poate fi executată din material semiconductor.
