Abstract
Inventia se refera la tehnica cu semiconductori, in particular la procedeele de obtinere a nanostructurilor.Procedeul de obtinere a nanotuburilor metalice consta in depunerea electrochimica a metalelor in porii semiconductorului poros. Noutatea inventiei consta in aceea ca depunerea electrochimica se infaptuieste in conditiile aplicarii tensiunii de impuls. Depunerea electrochimica poate fi efectuata timp de 5 ...30 min, la aplicarea impulsurilor de tensiune cu amplitudinea de 1,5 ... 7,0 V, perioada de cel putin 2 s si durata pana la 0,5 s.
