Senzorul de gaze pe semiconductori include un substrat, pe una din suprafetele caruia este amplasat un strat senzitiv la gaze cu contacte metalice ohmice depuse pe el, iar pe suprafata opusa - un element incalzitor. Noutatea inventiei consta in aceea ca stratul senzitiv contine regiuni cu diferite morfologii, care au sensibilitate preferentiala la diferite gaze.
