Noutatea inventiei consta in aceea ca stratul senzitiv contine regiuni cu diferite morfologii, care au sensibilitate preferentiala la diferite gaze.The invention relates to the semiconductor technique, in particular to gas sensors on resistive type semiconductors. The gas sensor on semiconductors includes a substrate, on one of the surfaces of which is placed a gas-sensitive layer with ohmic metal contacts deposited on it, and on the opposite surface - a heating element. The novelty of the invention is that the sensitive layer contains regions with different morphologies, which have preferential sensitivity to different gases.
