Abstract

The invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery. Summary of the method consists in that it is carried out the laparotomy and resection of the affected gastric segment with the recovery of the organ's integrity by end-to-end gastroduodenoanastomosis according to Billroth method. Afterwards, it is formed a Roux jejunal ansa by disection of 3...4 radial arteries branches of the vascular arches for application of the gastrostomy, then it is recovered the small intestine integrity by applying the end-to-end anastomosis. The formed ansa is introduced retrocolically, where its distal end is connected with the forewall of the resected stomach by end-to-side anastomosis, and from the ansa proximal end it is formed a stoma, wherein it is introduced an implanted probe, sutured in three threads and drawn out in the left hypochondrium, then the wound is sutured. Afterwards (in 2...3 months), the ansa will serve as graft for esophagus plasty in the second stage.Claims: 5Fig.: 3
