Abstract
Invenţia se referă la industria alimentară, în special la un procedeu de obţinere a alcoolului etilic de grâu.Procedeul, conform invenţiei, include: curăţarea boabelor de impurităţi străine, măcinarea lor cu separarea făinii, germenilor şi tărâţei, amestecarea făinii cu apă în raport de 1: 0,7…1 cu menţinere în decurs de 10…30 min, diluarea amestecului cu apă în raport de 1:3, separarea glutenului de amidon, filtrarea amidonului până la atingerea umidităţii de 50% cu utilizarea filtratului la diluarea anterioară a amestecului menţionat, diluarea amidonului până la concentraţia de 15…16% mas. substanţe uscate, zaharificarea lui, fermentarea cu separarea ulterioară a levurilor şi distilarea, totodată amidonul se diluează cu borhot rezultat de la distilare şi cu filtrat rezultat de la filtrarea amidonului.Rezultatul constă în majorarea calităţii produsului finit, utilizând totodată un proces tehnologic raţional pentru reutilizarea levurilor, apelor de spălare şi borhotului printr-un sistem închis.
