Abstract

The invention relates to the food industry, namely to a plant for drying forest and agricultural vegetable food products, as well as products of their processing.The plant, according to the invention, includes a body (1), forming a drying chamber having a door (2) with a lock, walls with thermal insulation, removable perforated trays (4), arranged in tiers with the possibility of moving on parallel guides (5); between trays (4), the rare wall and door (2) of the body (1) are provided cavities (9) for passage of air, at the same time the plant also includes a means for pumping the heated air into the chamber.Above each tray (4) is installed with inclination toward the door (2) and with the possibility of moving along the guides (7) a screen (6), forming together with the tray (4) a section; at the end of each screen (6) from the end of the door (2) is fixed a plate (15) directed to the base of the body (1), on each plate (15) from the end of the tray (4) is placed a sealing element (16), contacting with the end face of the corresponding tray (4). On the inside of the door (2) are made at least two longitudinal, practically parallel, spatially separated stiffening ribs (3), with the possibility of resting against the plates (15) of the screens (6). Between the rare wall of the body (1) and sections is installed a partition (8), forming a cavity (9) for passage of the heated air, fed therein through a pipe (10) made into the base of the body (1). In the partition (8), on the sectors between the tray (4) and the screen (6) of each section are made holes (11) for supply of the heated air, between the ends of the trays (4), the ends of the screens (6) and the partition (8) are placed sealing elements (14). Near the door (2) into the base of the body (1) is made a pipe (17) for outlet of air from the drying chamber.
