Abstract

The invention refers to the food industry, in particular to a plant for drying sour cherries using superhigh-frequency currents.The plant, according to the invention, includes a carcass (11), a loading hopper (1), a drying chamber (3), a perforated band conveyor (2) and a warm air delivery system. At the same time, the drying chambeo are placed outside the chamber and is equipped with a superhigh-frequency current generator (4), suppression filters (6) and a vessel with water (5), and the warm air delivery system includes a centrifugal blower with suction pipe (10), electric calorifers (12), air ducts for recirculation (7) and evacuation (8) of the warm air.
