Description
KRAV 1. Impingement nozzle (1) according to any one of claims 1-2, characterized in that the plate blank (12) is provided with perforated channels (14) and non-perforated channels (15) arranged preferably perpendicular to the conveying belt (11) and wherein the perforated ducts (14) have at least one gas supply (21) from the high pressure chamber (7). Impingement freezer (1) according to any one of claims 1-3, characterized in that the plate blank (12) is interchangeable and the non-perforated channels (15) constitute between 20-70% of the plate blank (129). Impingement nozzle (1) according to any of claims 3-4, characterized in that the perforated channels (14) are formed with at least one sloping bottom part (22). Impingement freezer (1) according to any one of claims 1-5, characterized in that the high pressure chamber (7) extends over a plurality of conveyor belts (11) and wherein the inlet (21) for gas from the high pressure chamber (7) to the bottom structure (13) is arranged between the conveyor belts (11). Impingement freezer (1) according to any one of claims 1-6, characterized in that the high-pressure chamber (7) is provided with side panels which can be opened fully or partially (9). Impingement freezer (1) according to any one of claims 1-7, characterized in that the perforated plate (10) is pivotally hinged. Impingement freezer (1) according to any one of claims 1-7, characterized in that the outer housing (2) is provided with side walls (3) which can be opened fully or partially (9).
