一対の可撓性無端細長部材において一対の可撓性無端細長部材の長手方向に沿い相互に離間した複数の位置に配置されていて、ハウジングの入口開口で受領した蒸麺塊を支持し、一対の可撓性無端細長部材によりハウジングの出口開口まで移動される間に蒸麺塊を前記乾燥風により乾燥させて即席麺塊を作成する麺塊支持手段と、
を備えており、
前記ハウジングの内部空間が、前記入口開口と前記出口開口との間で複数の区画に区分されており、
前記乾燥風供給手段が、前記ハウジングの内部空間の前記複数の区画の中の相互に隣接している区画において下端部又は上端部に交互に配置され、上方又は下方に向かう相互に異なる方向に乾燥空気を噴出
