Abstract
Invenţia se referă la industria vinificaţiei şi poate fi folosită la prepararea vinurilor aromatizate. Vinul sec aromatizat din struguri se prepară pe baza vinului sec brut, macerat alcoolizat de ingrediente aromatizate, în care conform invenţiei se introduce macerat alcoolizat de stevie rebaudiana. Maceratul de stevie rebaudiana, introdus în vinul aromatizat, dă posibilitatea îmbunătăţirii gustului şi buchetului vinului, deoarece steviozidul extras din stevia rebaundiana, ca îndulcitor natural original (neglucidic), înnobiliează gustul aperitivului, îl face mai armonios, îmbogăţeşte vinul cu alte substanţe extractive.
