CONSTITUTION:Leaves or flowers of bergamot are charged into a secondary MOROMI or ripe MOROMI prepared by the conventional process for the preparation of class-B SHOCHU. The objective product is obtained by fermenting and distilling the mixture in the case of secondary MOROMI or simply by distilling the mixture in the case of ripe MOROMI.
