Abstract
Invenţia se referă la industria vinicolă.Procedeul, conform invenţiei, prevede mărunţirea doagei de stejar utilizate la maturarea divinului de 40…50 ani până la dimensiunile de 50…60x30…40x20…30 mm cu înlăturarea prealabilă a 2…3 mm de strat exterior, tratarea termică şi extracţia ei în două etape cu agitare continuă. La etapa întâi extracţia se efectuează cu amestec de distilat de vin cu tăria de 60% vol. şi alcool etilic rafinat cu tăria de 60% vol. în proporţie de 50:50 la temperatura de 38…42°C timp de 70…72 h, după care extractul obţinut se separă, se diluează cu apă dedurizată până la tăria de 43…45% vol. şi se foloseşte la etapa a doua de extracţie, care durează 94…96 h la temperatura de 30…35°C.Rezultatul constă în obţinerea unui extract de stejar de calitate printr-un procedeu mai puţin complicat.
