Description

The invention relates to construction, in particular to the manufacture of composite wall blocks.

A process for manufacturing a block composed of a layer of unconditioned stones for building walls is known [1].

The disadvantage of this process is that the manufactured blocks cannot be used to build load-bearing walls.

The closest to the proposed invention is the composite block manufacturing process that includes installing the outer layer stones in molds, which are cut into two elements with unequal heights, placed alternately - one long and one short, then the mold is filled with concrete [2].

The disadvantage of this process is that only conditioned stone is used and no waste is used.

The problem solved by the present invention consists in the partial use of unconditioned stone waste in building the outer layer of the composite block.

The problem is solved by the fact that the process of manufacturing a composite block-wall includes building a mold of conditioned stones and waste in the volume of 40…50%, filling the mold with a mixture of concrete and expanded clay and vibrating it. The waste is cut into the shape of unconditioned elements with a lower height than the conditioned stones and placed alternately between them.

The result of the invention consists in the partial use of waste in the form of unconditioned elements, saving conditioned stone and ensuring the necessary mechanical resistance of the composite block.

The invention is explained by the drawing which represents the overall view of the longitudinal-transverse section of the composite wall block.

The composite wall block is made in the shape of a parallelepiped, consisting of an outer layer 1, which is made up of conditioned stones 2 and waste in the form of unconditioned elements 3, and an inner layer of monolithic concrete 4.

Procedeul de fabricare a blocului-perete compus prevede următoarele etape tehnologice. The composite wall block manufacturing process includes the following technological steps.

First, the conditioned stones and waste are cut perpendicular to the height into two unequal pieces with a length of approximately 1/3:2/3. After this, with the gripping device - manipulator, the conditioned stones 2 and the unconditioned elements 3 are installed with the butt on the bottom of the mold in the matrix cells.

Next, over the layer 1 of conditioned stones 2 and the unconditioned elements 3, the layer of concrete with expanded clay is poured into the form, which forms the inner monolithic concrete layer 4 of the block, then the full form is installed on the vibrating table, where it is subjected to vibration for 15…30 s.

During the vibration of the block, the joints between the conditioned stones 2 and the unconditioned elements 3 of layer 1 are filled with liquid phase (cement-sand-water mixture) which drains from layer 4, thus increasing the mechanical strength of the block.

The voids formed between the expanded clay granules in layer 4 essentially improve the thermal and acoustic insulation characteristics of the block.

In order to increase the mechanical resistance of the block, the matrix on the bottom of the mold is executed in such a way that the vertical joints of the ready block are displaced over a row by 1⁄2 of the width of the elements.
