Abstract
Изобретение касается макролидов, в частности получения соединения общей ф-лыгде R1-CH3, C2H5 или изо-C3H7; R2-низший алкил и группа “NOR2” находится в Е-конфигурации: OR3 - гидроксил, обладающих антигельминтовой активностью, что может быть использовано в медицине. Цель - создание новых более активных веществ указанного класса. Синтез ведут оксимированием соответствующего кетона, в котором группа OR3-может быть гидроксилом или защищенным гидроксилом с помощью соединения ф-лы II: R2 - H или низший алкил: R'2O-NH2, с последующим выделением целевого продукта или при необходимости, снятием защитной группы с гидроксила -OR'3. В другом случае, когда R2 1=H и OR3 - защищенный гидроксил, то подвергают этерификации галогенидом ф-лы III: R2-Y, где Y - галоген, с последующим снятием защиты с гидроксила. новые вещества снижают до 98% поражение гельминтами при низкой токсичности.Табл.: 2
