Abstract

The invention relates to medicine, in particular to urology and can be used for plasty of ureteric strictures. The method of plasty of ureteric strictures consists in that it is performed the percutaneous classical nephrostomy, then in 3 days is proceeded to the minimally invasive nephrourethroscopic intervention, by means of which is transposed and fixed in the ureter in the suprastenotic portion a cylindrical magnet with an induction of 5 mT, made with a through hole on the longitudinal axis and with the sharpened positive pole, the diameter of the magnet is equal to the diameter of the ureter, then is performed the transvesical urethroscopy and is transposed in the infrastenotic portion of the ureter another cylindrical magnet with an induction of 5 mT, made with a through hole on the longitudinal axis and with the negative V-shaped pole, the two magnets are placed in the ureter with the positive acute pole and the negative V-shaped pole towards each other. Also, in the ureter by means of the cystoscope is installed a guide of stainless steel with a diameter of 0.5 mm and a length equal to 2/3 of the ureter length, placed in the supra- and infrastenotic portion of the ureter. After 4 weeks is performed the computed tomography and in the event if it is observed the connection of magnets in the ureter, the magnet is extracted from the suprastenotic portion with the endoscope and from the infrastenotic portion is extracted with the cystoscope together with the guide of stainless steel, is excised the strictured portion within the limits of healthy tissues and are applied end-to-end sutures, afterwards is removed the nephrostomy, is sutured the wound in layers, and in the bladder is placed a Foley-type urinary catheter and is applied a sterile bandage.
