Abstract

The invention relates to medicine, namely to urology and may be used for prophylaxis of postoperative complications after urological interventions with endourethral drainage to the prostate or urethra. The essence of the invention consists in the fact that after performing the urological intervention through the urethral meatus and the bladder in the operative wound, a three-channel Foley probe and a single-channel probe with lateral holes suturing their distal ends of the skin are introduced simultaneously. Then the first channel of the Foley probe is pumped into its balloon, which is in the bladder, a sterile fluid, and through the second channel an antiseptic solution is introduced, at the same time a hemostatic solution is introduced, both probes are closed for 30 ... 40 minutes until the bleeding stops, then they open and passively remove the used solutions, after which repeatedly antiseptic solution is introduced, the procedure is repeated 3 ... 4 times a day, for 6 ... 7 days.
