Abstract
Invenţia se referă la industria vinicolă, în special la un procedeu de producere a băuturilor alcoolice din vinasă.Esenţa invenţiei constă în tratarea vinasei cu bentonită şi sulfitarea ei, introducerea zahărului, malaxarea, răcirea, introducerea unei culturi pure de drojdii, fermentarea, tratarea complexă cu hexacianoferat de potasiu, gelatină şi bentonită, maturizarea şi filtrarea.Rezultatul tehnic al invenţiei constă în obţinerea unei băuturi alcoolice stabile în timpul păstrării.
