Abstract
La présente demande se rapporte au domaine des matériaux d'électrode négative et concerne un matériau d'électrode négative, son procédé de préparation et une batterie aux ions de lithium. Le matériau d'électrode négative comprend un agrégat, l'agrégat comprenant une substance active et un matériau carboné. Le matériau d'électrode négative présente une porosité ≤ 10 %. Une proportion C dans une région cible du matériau d'électrode négative est ≥ 15 %, la proportion C dans la région cible étant obtenue par le procédé de test suivant consistant : à diviser une section MEB de particules de matériau d'électrode négative en régions ayant une zone de A × B, A et B étant tous deux ≤ 1 micromètre, et à compter la distribution d'une substance active dans toutes les régions des seules particules de matériau d'électrode négative, un nombre de régions où la distance entre les substances actives est de 10 nm à 300 nm est compté comme étant N1, le nombre total de régions où la distance entre les substances actives est inférieure à 10 nm et supérieure à 300 nm est compté comme étant N2, un rapport de région cible X d'une seule particule de matériau d'électrode négative est défini comme étant X = N1/N2, et C est la valeur moyenne arithmétique des X valeurs de cinq quelconques des particules de matériau d'électrode négative. Le matériau d'électrode négative proposé dans la présente divulgation peut efficacement inhiber l'expansion volumique du matériau d'électrode négative et améliorer les performances de cycle d'une batterie.
